Concentrated Grape Must

The particular concentration plant allows for concentrated grape varietal with aromas of grapes from which the juice with special reference to olfactory notes for Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.


Particular attention is paid to the selection of the different varieties of grapes that are pressed and processed by De Nigris.

In addition to the traditional wines of Emilia, de Nigris produces and selects the main Italian varietals such as Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Trebbiano, Pinot Grigio, Prosecco Malvasia, checking the authenticity of Italian wines.
